Chief of State - attending funerals of royal families in other nations. Commander in Chief - commanding over the American armed forces. Chief Legislator - resposible for the legislative agenda for public policy. Manager of the Economy - recommending actions to maintain employment and to control inflation. Chief Diplomat - making treaties with other countries.
